Florence Pugh and Zach Braff Have Split After Three Years
Florence Pugh on Dating Zach Braff: 'I've Never Been As Happy'
Florence Pugh and Zach Braff have reportedly split after three years of dating. The news was first reported by Page Six, which cited sources who said the couple had broken up "amicably" in early 2023. The Sun also reported the news, citing a source who said the couple had "been struggling for a while" and that Pugh had "called it off."
Pugh and Braff began dating in 2019 after they met on the set of the movie "Fighting with My Family."
Their relationship was met with some criticism because of their 21-year age difference, but Pugh defended their relationship, saying that she "didn't need" anyone's approval.
In an interview with The Sunday Times in 2021, Pugh said that she had "never been as happy" as she was with Braff.
"I feel like I'm finally getting to know the real version of myself and I'm so much happier for it," she said. "I feel so lucky to have found someone who makes me so happy, makes me laugh so much and supports me in everything I do."
It is not clear what led to the couple's breakup, but a source told Page Six that the couple had "grown apart" in recent months.
"They're both going through a lot of changes in their lives," the source said. "They're both working on different projects and they're just in different places right now."
